Locating the non-custodial parent

Inquire about the availability of documents in alternate formats.

The paying parent must be located to get and enforce a child support order. In order to find the parent, the child support agency uses information from many official and unofficial sources. The custodial parent is a key source of data including date of birth, social security number, physical description among others. With that beginning, checks can be made against literally dozens of data bases containing location and income information from throughout the United States.
