Changes to how you receive or make your payments are coming…

The California State Disbursement Unit (SDU) is making a number of changes. These changes are occurring because the State is changing both its vendor and bank that support the SDU. Information regarding the change and how it will affect you are being mailed out now. To find out more in regards to the SDU changes and how they will affect both parties receiving and paying support, as well as employers, please visit California Child Support Services

IMPORTANT!  If you receive your child support on a debit card, it is very important that our office have an updated address on file for you. You may update your mailing address for your new EPC card by using Customer Connect, at http://www.childsup-connect.ca.gov/

State of California Security Advisory for Child Support Customers

The California Department of Child Support Services has learned that some child support customers’ personal information may have been lost in the mail. A letter is being sent to child support customers whose information may be affected. There is no evidence that the information has been misused in any way.
