Services are available to both assisted and un-assisted families. Our services are available to all parents and children and include:

IMPORTANT: We cannot legally assist with custody and visitation orders, property settlements, dissolutions, restraining orders, or establishing spousal support orders. We serve the public interest and do not represent either parent or the children - if a parent wishes to be represented, she/he may contact a private attorney or legal aid agency. We'll come to you!

Our staff is available to make presentations at schools and community groups on topics related to child support issues. We participate in local events, fairs, and exhibitions by providing staff and informational literature to expand awareness of our services. Please contact our Outreach Unit at 916-875-1428.
